Set them to busy. Or sign on as invisible so I can lurk in the background.
i dont use YIM
I'm 'Invisible'....!!
If i just go to pee or something, i just leave. If i am going to eat or something i put it on busy.
I dont use it either but usually i just leave myspace im alone and walk away
mine's turned off
I set it to BRB or tell the person i am talking to.
