Currently, it's a tie between Eminem and Jay-Z as the best rapper. Kanye is pretty good, but not as good as the previous 2.

They all sound the same and make the same body gestures. I can't wait until that junk is over with. I keep waiting for the old folks to start rapping, that always ends a fad fast. Remember what it did to Disco and bell bottoms? When they started doing the Hustle in Bell Bottoms, Disco and Bell Bottoms died.

Lil' Wayne is good at rapping about nothing. If you're into non-socially conscious music and tight beats, Weezy has that locked up, but that's not what real Hip Hop is all about. Hip Hop was originally intended to be a voice for Hip Hop artists like KRS-One & Rage Against The Machine (the music is heavy metal-esque, but if you read the lyrics to songs like "Wake Up," these guys are as socially conscious as Nas, KRS, or Chuck D from Public Enemy) to speak the truth to the masses.
I'm starting to preach though, so I'm gonna stop now.
