everyone who doesn't know me well says I'm too mature, while my closed ones always tell me to grow up...

You have to realize that you show to different sides of your personality to the different people to come accross. Add to that the fact that people have different points-of-view. So there will always be differences in opinion on wether you're mature enough or not and possibple on every other personality trait you can think of. The important thing is that you handle yourself in a manner that you're comfortable with. When you do, then you'd pretty much have just the right amount of maturity for your age.
I tend to be a bit on the silly side.

everyone says i m too mature and they also say i act stupid or talk non sense at times... some people are soooo confused
people who dont know me well and my sense of humor often consider me childish....and I am at times, life is too short to be serious all the time

Yeah Iam always told am too mature for my age..am 20 years old now.
I was the same way, then I grow up and found out I never had a childhood and fun, now I am trying to get that back and have fun now. The plus is you have more money to have fun but it hurts more when your older.

I grew up too mature for my age but as I grew older the opinion changed to the opposite. The truth is I never changed but the rest of the world changed around me.
