Fresh are better than frozen from the store. Best appreciated after a night out drinking.

Eh - they make my whole family sick. Like, wait in line for the bathroom sick. I think the frozen ones are exactly the same.
Don't bother. We call them murder burgers, after eating those things it is almost always a trip to the bathroom.

I never had a real one and I don't think there are any White Castle restaurants in Texas. But I have eaten the frozen ones and I like them. When I rode an Amtrak train for 2 days, I practically lived on those because they served them from the snack bar.
