Question: yes! twice! When i was only 7 or 8 me and my little sisters were sleeping and my mom walked into the room to find a man watching us from outside the window.
Another time, we heard a loud noise outside our bathroom window and my dogs wouldnt stop barking so my mom called to police who came and brought him to jail. After he was gone, we went outside to see what the noise was and he had pushed a big rock up to the window so he could see inside the bathroom :x

When i was young and lived at home with my parents someone was lerking in the dark,my dad made my mother and brother and i go in the bedroom,he got his 44 magnum and went out ,but 1st he turned the flood lights on and flooded the grounds with light,the person took off.
Yes, I had two of them. They managed to get in through a window. Luckily, a neighbour seen them entering and called the police. They caught them in the bedroom stealing jewellery and stuff. Thankfully they were charged but it is an awful feeling to have someone invade your privacy.

Yes, last night. They (2 of them) woke me and the next door neighbour up and we both put our heads out our front windows at the same time and told them to ... off in unison, should have seen them run. It was just two drunk young guys being stupid. They had a shopping trolley and I heard them say they were going to fill it up with random stuff from peoples front yards. Just stupid.
Yes and I held him at gun point until the police arrived, NO JOKE! As it turned out he was wanted in several states on charges ranging from B & E to rape. And the gun was/is owned legally.

Yes, next day I stretched a fishing line face high between my house and the fence. Would have given someone up to no good a freight to walk into at night.
