Yes. My biggest regret is not having a specific career goal when I was in college 17 years ago. That was a big mistake, because I have a boring job that pays only $11.35 hour. I'm still trying to decide what I want to do with my life, but it's getting harder the older I get because employers probably won't want to hire a 40 year-old like me who hasn't been successful job wise. If you're in college, my advice is to have a firm game plan of what you want to do before you graduate.
