Hmmm...creamed corn is always good. Oh! I must say, I am a HUGE fan of artichokes. Throw 'em in a pot o' boiling water for a bit until tender, melt some butter in a bowl, take out those juicy veggies, rip off the leaves, one by one, and enjoy the delicious meat. After a while, the heart awaits.

God, now I'm salivating!
