Ouch...I'll go with green if there's enough other stuff in/on the food to lower the flame, lol.

I noticed that if sour cream is on a taco or burrito, it really helps a lot.

    I don't like chillis really... if i had to pick... green.
    I hope the Red are the milder as if they are too hot it could leave me in severe discomfort health-wise.
