Yeah all of the time and then I regret it but sometimes it is just the thing that you need. There is a fine balance between the two you just need to find it!

It happens all the time. Although I am still a teen, I have lots of things to take care of :(

Life is too short to feel guilty about mundane tasks that will wait. Today I really should be doing some housework, but I've decided that I would would much rather write a new song and watch the rugby. So that's what I am going to do and bugger housework!
I don't see why i should feel guilty, my wife is worse
If I did not get enough sleep the night before but can't take a nap or I ate something that took my energy like sugary foods do for me,I have felt too tired to do the things I need to do. I feel that inner drive which can be stressful if I don't get rid of it some how.Sometimes I do a little bit that needs to be done when I feel tired. What I do is just do only a little of it and that is better than nothing. If I can't stand to do anything then I get my mind on something that helps me forget about it.
