Every day imagine the person you want to be, and then act the way they would act in the situations that you face. You will become that person.
by re-assesing your self.
write on a peice of paper the good things you do and the bad things you do to others (lie, be mean, not polite, rude etc) and the good/bad things you do to yourself (eat junk food, no excersize, giving up easily etc)
