I'm in the UK but I still live in the town I was born in, and I love it.

I know eveyone - well by sight as I don't live in the 1940s - that said my road does regress during power cuts - we all come out and have a natter and a laugh, then when power returns we're back to the friend smile/nod/head jerk, like it never happened.

yes, unfortunately

We don't have 'states' in Britain but I still live in the same town I was born in ... Sunderland ... however not in the same county. Confused????

When I was born, Sunderland was part of County Durham then it was part of Tyne & Wear (most people still - mistakingly - think that to be the case) now it is a stand-alone Metropolitan Borough.

Bet you're sorry you asked now.

Oh and incidently, strictly speaking, I don't live in the same TOWN I was born in because they elevated Sunderland to city status in 1992.

yep. Philippines. i would like to travel the world but i would always come back here. i still believe that this is Paradise.^^

No because we moved when I was 6 and a half due to my father requesting his job to be transferred from Utah to Florida. He worked for American Airlines.

Yes, I still live in the same state I was born in - CT. Married my husband - both our families are from here.

I still live in the same borough of the same city in which I was born. It's New York, New York - so nice, they named it twice. If you like meeting people from all over the world, but would rather not travel, this is the place to be.

I live in a state of constant arousal

no i don't. my father was career military and we moved a lot.

Yes. Mississippi, on the Gulf Coast. Because I've lived a few other places, and didn't like any of them as well. I didn't hate them, I just didn't feel like they could ever be home. Actually, I could probably call home anywhere along the Gulf Coast, from the FL panhandle into east Texas. It's just a different vibe here, a good one.

No. I live in europe because it's a better life style here and My parents decided to retire here and had to come along being 16 and all.
Kind of wish I still lived in California. Good times there =)
