Question: I'm effing frustrated. Trying to sell my condo and the market is so bad right now. I have to reduce the price of my place. It's worth more than what I'm asking for it, but if I want to move on in my life, I have to bite the bullet and do this. It just sucks. I would like to elaborate on a few things. Some of which I can even mention here. One, I have never seen any evidence of you being preferential in any of your questions. I have been fortunate to have caught your attention with a few answers, yet I never expect them and don't worry if another does. It is YOUR question and YOUR decision.
