Odds are the boy picked up that habbit from him. I can't think of a cartoon or television show with that behavior on it so it I probably a joke. then again, People use stupid baby talk with children like coochie coo. This could be something innocent he is repeating.
Back to your question, ALL people, male and femal are obsessed with breasts from the time they are in the crib because when a women leans in to pick you up there they are and that is what you grab for first. Later mothers use them as a pillow for the babies to sleep on. This becomes a touch memory.
And as for school, so be it. He is a child. I had a kid do an imitation of Beetleguese in class similar to this. It is only a problem in that it annoys the teacher and disrupts the class.
If you want to stop him, either discipline him hard or teach him something else to do. Most things like this are forgotten in a few weeks as new things come in to keep him preoccupied.
Meanwhile slap your husband just in case.

omg. thats to funny. but just kinda give him a little smack on his hands. but dont hurt him and tell him that no means no. he is little and he will understand if you give him the NO tone. But keep explaining and repeating. Children are like that

Guys like squishy things, I was about 8 when I first start admiring them on older girls. Be glad he's not grabbing and twisting and screaming, "Tune in Tokyo!"
