i would tell them no reason to keep them in a relationship thats not going anywhere

i think its only right to tell them why pretend to be something your not... just simply explain to them that you love them your just not IN LOVE with them anymore
I would probably hang in there a little longer to see if it could be saved but not for a long time. I wouldn't want to lead the person on. But every situation is different.
