As an employer ........... If someone put down on there CV the reason for leaving there last job was ---- I left the job because it was cr@p ,,,, Would get a big thumbs up from me , as I like straight talking. And you will find that MOST employers do....Why beat about the bush to come up with an answer ? ,,,, After all time is money. Tell it like it is.

You could always send me a copy of your CV if you would like my opinion.

Say it just didn't suit your mentality.
Or say that you couldn't log into Y/A when you wanted to....lol
Sorry...In a funny mood....lol

Seeking employment more related to my specific skills and qualifications.

it didn't satisfy your thurst for knowledge, or it wasn't with suitable hours. or you needed new challanges ;)

How about you did really like it there but you've learnt as much as you can learn there and you're open to new things?

"Limited opportunity for career progression"
"Not feeling challenged or stretched to meet my capabilities"

it's just not what you were looking for.

hi there its a tough one for sure

did a quick google and here is what it came up with, sorry if its not much help

http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=c...

when i have jobs like that that i had to leave, i put reasons -such as... the role was not challenging enough for me... the hours were not suited to my lifestyle at the time (i needed more/less work)... I found the role fulfilling and decided that it was better to quit as this is good motivation to find a new job... the working environment was not conducive to something/loyalty/hard work/motivation? i cant think what I'm really trying to say with this one... it was not an employee focused environment and i felt undervalued

just write, i feel that the hours where insufficient and sumthing like that and say, something about how the job was a tad low for you.

You wanted a change of carreer.
You want something more challenging.
There was little chance of advancement, within the company.
The wages were too low for your experience.
