It tends to change... when I'm feeling optimistic it's relationships, but when I'm feeling depressed I try to focus on my sax playing or something like that.

Myself. Unless I take care of me, I haven't the energy to take care of anyone else.
Well I don't have kids and don't plan on having kids. My priorities in life is to have a purpose and make a difference. If I can die saying that I made a difference I will die a happy woman.
