Half a sheeps head. It is an Italian delicacy. I had it in Little Italy in NYC. It was okay.
fried alligator and goat and they both tasted pretty good
I've had escargot and calamari. Oh, and alligator.

when i told ppl they said i eat weird food-
crocodile, frog legs, bear, moose, rabbit/hare, octopus, snail & snake, quail, sting ray, deep sea fish, angler fish, eel, cow tongue, marble beef [i think thats what it called], thats all i can remember....
they were all delicious!!!!!!!!!!
A friend made me try calamari once it was really rubbery. By the way I love your avatar, I love Siamese cats I have 2!
