Who pays the bill? (car wreck)?!
Question: Say your car is stolen and the car jacker totals out your car and others alone the way. Who pays the bill regardless if you have insurance or not?
I know if it happened to me I would not want to file on my full coverage insurance due to one it was not my fault and two my rates would go up and why should I be punished for something I didn't do.

The insurance company originally. Then once they pay off all the claims they sue the car thief for reimbursement which they will most likely never get unless it was a joy rider and daddy pays the bill to keep his son/daughter out of jail. It is grand theft auto plus destruction of private property and possibly wreckless driving which could be considered vehicular assaut. The person could be looking a twenty year if the bills are not paid. The sentence may be less if they pay whatever is owed.
your rates will go up maybe a total of $200 a in the next year and then lower every year after that (as long as you don't get jacked again) OR, you could pay $30,000 for a new car, plus more for all the other cars damaged.... yeah... pay the friggin deductable and get it over with
