When I found out Hank Hudson of the Montana DPPHS was on the Montana Coalition of the Homeless.

Hank (in my view) cannot understand simple food stamp rules. If someone is eligible for food stamps, they can go on food stamps if they do not have money for food after paying a 300$ late traffic fine. Hank apparently cannot understand this. Go to www.foodstampstudy.com
