NO..I don't know what you have heard, but that nightlight is for my little dogs, not me I am NOT afraid of the dark, I have grand kids for Christ sake.

I used, too. I couldn't stand the dark and I was so afraid of it lol. BUT now I don't sleep with any light at all. I love sleeping in the dark!
