For me, I have had some wonderful relief from stress, problems, and emotional baggage from crying. Water is known to cleanse, so I beilieve that tears do that.

you know sometimes I have cryed so damn hard and it wouldn't stop for days! To me it felt as if my soul was bleeding tears! Yes it does become healing for the soul! :) Hope your not this upset about anything! have fun!!
Positively. They do for me. Tears are like little showers that wash all the ache away. They are sort of a cleansing if you will.
