well stupidity refers to the person who is just stupid .. who is foolish without brains and though he has the knowledge but still its meaningless to him

stupidity comes with ignorance everytime!...why?....cause when you don't have enough information on someone or something ..you tend to judge very badly without even trying to understand the whole deal!...the word "stupid" has two meanings...it's either stupid cause you can't understand a certain issue...or stupid cause you refuse to separate good from bad!(ignorance)..
