Always! Sometimes people need to be treated well because they might have some personal issues, and being good to them can let them know there are still good people out there.
I was in high school and these people made fun of me. I knew that I shouldn't treat them the way they did to me. I respected them and even offered my help when I knew they needed it. Guess what? I showed them that hating and making someone feel bad isn't a smart thing to do.
Later on in my senior year, we worked together and set aside the past and started a new way of treating each other.
This is something we all should try and do!

If I could, I would love to be all polite and everything, and most of the time I do treat people well, but humans have emotions and feelings, and sometimes if we don't particularly like somebody or if they do something that annoys you, you can't always control your feelings and so sometimes I don't exactly treat everyone best if I don't like them.
