Of those, I like America's Next Dance Crew. But my favorite is So You Think You Can Dance.. even though it's not on right now.

So You Think You Can Dance is the best dance show. The worst, from what i saw, is the one with the parents. Nice concept, though.
I also love America's Next Dance Crew. That show is so fire!

Personally I like "Dancing With The Stars." (But "So You Think You Can Dance" is in a close second.) Really, you can't go wrong with ballroom dancing, especially when it involves celebrities that can't dance. Plus, my friend's dad was actually one of the contestants and she got to be on the show.
Ironically, "Dance War: Bruno vs. Carrie Ann" was abysmal. I mean, every once in a while there's a great number but not often. Lame, lame, lame. "Your Mama Don't Dance" is most definitely the worst dancing show out there. It's just...ew. Nasty.

Your Mama Don't Dance is so uncomfortable to watch. I could go without seeing a Dad rub his hands on his grown daughters @ss...I mean did you see the Toxic dance..OMG!

Best: Dancing With The Stars-great dancer and very entertaining judges.
Worst: Dance War- Lame host and awful music.
I haven't seen your other two choices.
I have seen Dancing with the stars and think it is great to take someone out of their element and have them master dancing. I never heard of the other two but I sure would like to see anyone mother dancing I would cheer them on.
