Yes. I could. I would love being out there.
I would use the lighter sparingly! The pocket knife would be used to sharpen twigs, so I can spear the fish in the river. I would also use the knife to clean the fish. The lighter would be used to start the fire, so I can cook the fish. I would use the sandwich bag to collect water. It's not a good idea to keep stored food with you out in the wild unless you have a large fire to keep the bears and wolves away.

A properly sealed sandwich bag will keep things fresh for ages.
So, using the knife, I would cut myself up into bag sized portions, cauterising the wounds with the bic lighter so I didn't bleed to death, then pop myself in the bag and seal it properly.
Should be good to go even after a week
Sure, I have fire for warmth and cooking and perhaps even a signal, I have a pocket knife that I keep sharp and dry in my handy plastic bag and I use it to hunt and kill and gather food. I also use the bag for gathering berries, edible plants etc.

First off I wouldn't get lost in the woods and second,That's a question for SURVIVORMAN !
In the winter I could, it is alot easier to follow animal tracks in the snow, the snow I would eat for water (which there is alot of this year!!) I would live....
But in the summer? No, the mosquitos would drive me nuts!!!!!!!!!!
