Nope, not if they really needed to talk. There have been a couple late night calls I've made when I've needed someone.

Most likely I wouldn't be answering the phone...she betta leave da mn message....I would probably answer the text though. Don't know why I just feel like it's something important when someone calls, leaves a voicemail, and a text.....

well, that depends on what they need to talk about and who it was. if it was my best friend and they were having a major crisis then it would be ok. but if they wanted to chat cos they're bored or drunk or wotever, or wasn't a best friend, then i'd be really really pissed off.
no, but it depends. if they wanted to talk about something like cat food or toilet paper, I'd be pissed. but if they needed to talk about something serious, I'd listen.
Yeah I would be annoyed espcially if it was not an emergency requiring action from ME. If it's just somebody wanting to "talk," well, they called the worng person.
