What is the VERY EARLIEST memory you have? At what age?!
Question: I know lots of people who claim to remember stuff from before age 2 (I'm not sure I beleive it). My earliest memory I can dredge up is from when a truck carrrying pigs wrecked and there were pigs running around all over town. We were living in Louisiana (my dad was working there) and I was about 4 years old.

My earliest memory is of an incident when I was 9 months old!
My mum was amazed when I mentioned it to her when I was a teenager.
The bedroom, incident and person are still quite clear in my mind.
I'd say its at the age of about 3 or 4.
i was five and remember falling off of a red slide and skinning my knee.
I can remember being taken to school at the age of 5.
the most poignant memory that comes to my mind is when i busted my nose on my fifth birthday from jumping from one picnic table to another and fell in between the bench and table, my body stopped but my head kept going it turned out to a be a bloody party

but i only remember the big stuff like i remember when i was 3 me and my family took a roadtrip to new york [from california]. i remember crying and stoping at gas stations lol!
another thing i remember, is when my uncle died i was 3, i went to his funeral. i saw him in his casket, and i can still get a clear image of the room. and i remember going home and telling my dad about it, [he stayed home, i guess he was too sad or something]!.other than that i don't really remember anything else from being 3.
2 or 3 yrs old
i was 3 and my mother took me to my sisters kindergarten parents day and i never seen so many toys in 1 room before, i thought i died and went to heaven, i remember it like it was yesterday and that was 63 years ago, nothing before that and really not much until i was 5 and started school.
The earliest I can remember was around 4 yrs old as well and I was chased by an armadillo around my house. I can't imagine remembering something as early as 2 either. It seems like most of my memories started around 5. Maybe I just remember that one since it was so traumatic for me. hahaa.
