Just had thought... if/when aliens finally land on earth?!
Question: Will truly religious believers:
1 - commit mass suicide?
2- admit that evolution is real and that there are other beings besides us, and that maybe their religion needs to be tweaked?
3- claim that God sent the aliens to us to test our faith?

Well, I'd like to believe it would be # 2 but I have a feeling there will be many that choose #1 and those who are to scared to do that will go with #3. LOL.
I choose 2.
Fundamentalists would probably say that in fact they are demons sent by Satan.

I don't believe in aliens so I don't think it would ever happen. IF it did, which it won't, I would go with 2.
You should know better than to think religious people can actually think with an open mind. The true answer is that all 3 will happen. Some freaks will kill themselves, others may just admit they don't have the answers, and God is always testing us. Why? Because he can.
