Do I have grounds for a lawsuit? <g>?!

Question: My occupation is listed as "housewife" Technically making hubby my "employer"
If Mr Dawna kisses me while I'm trying to make breakfast, is that considered sexual harassment? Should I settle out of court?

I only hear one side of this story.
Were you wearing sexy and provocative clothing or nothing at all?
Maybe you had pancake batter on your lip and he was simply removing it to help you and you interpreted it as a kiss?

As his attorney this will be our defense.

We are suing for mental anguish. He will require breakfast in bed for a month and couch dances when he gets home from work.

yes go ahead

the bedroom is always neutral..

I would.

An employer should never mess with an employee, and he should know this. Hit him up for all the money he's got.

blackmail...oh. the irony. (maniacal laughter)

Since you're both married the ground of filing a lawsuit for sexual harassment won't hold in court. I suggest you go for "sexual intercourse incapacity (for he only kisses you) or lack of satisfaction/failure of giving full or ultimate pleasure". I assure you the Jury would immediately find him GUILTY.

How dare he do that :)

Get a job.

I would be so happy that my hubby was giving me some extra attention~Good for him and you too;)
