extremely bad. they always consist of my biggest fears and are very bloody, have a lot of torture, and always makes me sick. but, only when i let my bad mood get the best of me.

i'm on some new medication and i'm having nightmares every night. last night i was sleep walking and trying to move furniture in my bedroom! the nightmares are escalating in severity but my gp says 'it's a simple side effect'. but it's no joke when you feel drained in the morning because of the bad dreams.
