For chicken, it's Church's by a mile. But for sides, you gotta go with KFC, especially the biscuits.

It's a close tie between Popeye's and KFC.. but I'm leaning toward Popeye's.
Popeye's. was Churches but we don't have it anymore :(

Popeye's, hands down.
And damn it, there isn't a Popeye's within a 70 mile radius of the city I currently live in. But there's a Bojangle's on every other block in Charlotte. Go figure.
As far as menu, top to bottom, Popeye's is it. I love the cajun rice so much, I've eaten two large orders of it at one sitting.

Boston Market because it's a nice rotissere chicken, not fried (less fat) and they have some nice choices for sides too. I like them way better than the other two!

Popeyes is good, but I have to say I went to a Boston Market for the first time a few weeks ago and their rotisserie chicken was really good.

tie between Popeye's and KFC. I've never tried Church's and I always notice an unpleasant bitter 'aftertaste' in all of Boston Market food especially their mac n cheese. yuck to BM
