What do you do when you are worrying about something and your head is all mucked!


Question: i yell and throw a pillow at my light .. and then the light will work and i'll just glare at it and yell some more ...

Sleep or F---, one or the other, relieves stress

Or go for a walk.
Or slam my pillow against the wall repeatedly.

i usually make the worst possible decisions... and then its even more mucked up until **** just hits the fan...

Sometimes a good old cry helps. Or swimming calms me down.

Best case scenario, my gf's around, then I get a nice relaxing backrub.

If she's not around, I just settle myself down by realizing that it could be worse. It could all be happening somewhere really cold, like Barrow, Alaska where....

i write down my problem
then i make two lists one good point list one bad point list,
i vision the scenerio it might encounter, then i sleep on it for 24hrs, so to calm down no point shouting the odds, it wont get through, best treat situations with honey rather than vinager
next day, i then write down what needs to be said, done, using my good/bad point list

I meditate, works for me.

Get p!ssed lol!

pick urself up dust urself of and start allover again fcked if i know is the honest answer i don't worry i leave that to others
