To be honest, you are making it worst.
They are doing it for attention, and when people ask questions about it, you are giving them what they want, and therefore, they will continue to be a pest.
Don't give in to them, you are basically being defeated.
Just ignore them, they are an annoyance, and basically the only way for them to get attention is to spam Answers.
