When you can't tell what you're thinking or telling yourself is the truth or a lie. So it would be better not to start.
If you start a rumor that there will be an earthquake near Seattle that will flood the entire city and eveybody immediately leaves the town, that might be getting a little bit out of hand.
when you live on the lie where you think yourself that its true. like you lied so much about it that you think its true. Like say you lie on the internet about who you are. Finally your going to think your that person and lose yourself. its not good to live on lies.
