If you have to choose between the two, then a spray tan would be quicker. It takes most people at least a few times in the bed to get their base tan going.
I prefer all natural, but between the two I like the beds. I know there bad for you, but what isn't these days.

neither ,i use the sun to tan. and besides the last time i checked the sun is free ,why waste money on something that
looks so phoney .
