You're supposed to drink 8 glasses a day but I don't like peeing every 10 mins.
I drink a couple quarts a day. My DR says too much even. I was unaware a person could drink too much water. It has been difficult for me to cut back.

When I'm at school i usually bring a water bottle and i have to refill it at least once a day.
Then i come home drink some more water and if i have dance i drink another water bottle
So I'd say about 6 or 7 a day. If its a Saturday when i have dance for at least two hours then its about 9 glasses a day.
Not sure about glasses but I try to drink around 72 ounces in a day!
