Guilty as charged! Oh, yeah; if I sit down, especially in wintertime when it is cold outside and modern stores/offices/schools are SO HOT, I quickly nod off. (They need to go back to keeping temperatures in the 50s or 60s. In the Army, when we mopped the floor (every night!) the floors would freeze and we could "ice skate" when we got up!)

Meetings are meant for us to relax cause every one of us in the meeting would be thinking the others would compensate.
I have enjoyed lots of nice little naps in between meetings. They turn out to be rejuvenating and refreshing.
Please every body sleep in meetings it is a harmless de-stresser.
My boss once fell of the the meeting cause he could catch some sleep in the flight.
