Most of the things that I notise first are things that relate to how the person carries himself.After that, well, probably the way they talk.

1)Confidence!!!! That is a real big thing for me. Both work and personal. 2) Sence of Humor! Thats another big thing. Hey if you cant laugh at yourself you are way to uptight.

charm,wit and good conversation
Appearance-wise, I notice if they are particularly ugly, I tend to find myself staring, but just innocently, trying to find out what it is about them that makes them ugly. Is it their eyes, shape of their face? I don't really notice pretty or normal people. Unless it's a really nice looking guy, then I might try to find out what it is that makes them appealing, but either way I treat all people the same, basically. Just some catch my attention a little more. But also loud people catch my attention because I find my self a little amazing that they can just be so out there and not think anything of it, when I can't do it,
it is how they look but also when you see how they act and talk to them and they are like a real person to you and somebody you can understand. so many people are not truly themselves much of the time.
