Can someone send U a virus over your phone?!
Question: I opened up a text by a friend and it said "Warning ..virus threat. All your contacts will be erased" then started loading and I shut my phone fast. Is this jus a lil prank???

he wouldnt really be your friend if he would erase all your contacts would he, thats just a bad joke.
well anyway, its possible to get a virus by phone but its not easy either, you need to be good hacker to do that
idk-but i do know that there was a clip on the news a few months back where yes you can get viruses through your cell phone esspecially if your phone has capabilities of conecting to the internet or if you get text messages where you can dowload ringtones and backgrounds.be very careful
