What are you using it for, if it's to cook with them olive oil but if it's for smearing all over your body them extra virgin oil is best

Depends on the use, extra virgin can be too strong for some dishes and doesn't heat to higher temperatures that well, so I use both.

Extra virgin olive oil has a strong taste,the less 'virgin' it is the softer it it. I prefer regular olive oil,its good for cooking and salads.

Olive Oil I use it since I was a baby my mom used it on everything ,but not good to use in frying..My boyfriend uses Extra virgin oil cause he's says the taste is not as concentrate like Olive oil and the smell is less...aroma . I like olive oil no matter what ...I heard you can even use it on your face..it softens the skin.
It depends on what I'm making extra V. makes pizza crusts hard so I use the regular one for that , in pasta sauces I use Ex.V .
