That diet is bull. He's just pimping out Subway for profit.
I saw a show on Discovery Health with a young girl who had Jarrod speak at her school. After his talk she went up to him to ask how she could lose weight. He told her to eat Subway grinders, and walked off. She stated that she couldn't afford to eat Subway every night. I lost the little respect that I had for him after watching that program.

yeah, there is no way you can lose that much eating subway... way to many carbs, even if you exercise like a beast you wont loose 225lbs from all that bread.
I don't think he subscribed to the John Cena "More Meat" diet!
