True or false: Discrimination is discrimination?!

Question: I love my contacts dearly, but some answered a question and I was kind of taken aback by some of their answers.

(my very best friend who is like a sister to me is Muslim.)

No. Funny is funny.

Hell, I'm Christian and I take it like a man.

But there are sometimes where humor can go wrong, and some other people who are not understanding about it at all nor forgiving either.

I think I'm just hormonal...

there is a fine line between personal opinion and descrimination.
what question was it.

Knock the bums off your list!

discrimination is everywhere, and it sucks. if i let it bother me everytime i am discriminated against i would be in a deep dark depression the rest of my life. i'm a heavily tattooed lesbian, raising a child with another lesbian, we are both recovering drug addicts, and i have a very long rap sheet from my past mistakes. it sometimes doesnt seem to matter to anybody how much you've changed for the better, all they see is the past. thats why i love you guys so much. this may just be the internet or whatever but you all really do make me feel comfortable with who i am. then i have to go out into the real world and deal with all the looks and whispers (i live in the bible belt, my lifestyle isnt exactly embraced where i live) but we all do the best we can with what we've got. your muslim friend shouldnt care what people think so much. i cant change what i've been through or who i am because of it, i can just change how i react to what other people think about it. ive heard it all and its not worth the energy of being upset anymore. i dont have to prove anything to anybody who doesnt agree with my lifestyle and choices.

Its discrimination as long as its not happening to a white person....

True. No matter how you define it, it means the same.

the difference would be on how you internalize it and how you manifest it. If you don't discriminate and treat every human being fairly, equally regardless of their color, race, religious affiliation, etc., then "discrimination" is only a word in the dictionary which has no concrete meaning in reality.

I'm a bit stoned on Demerol - and need you to show me your tongue ring and then put it in my mouth. Here - listen to your song. ?
