Question: yes, if you want to help yourself then they'll work

Answers: yes, if you want to help yourself then they'll work

if you do the work, they can.

Most of the time

Yes, I think they do :)

No, you CAN'T help yourself because yourself sucks. Thats why you got the book in the first place.

They do, if the reader applies the information provided. Most people just want a quick fix.

Yes ...I believe that they might ...

In the end it would be up to the reader..
If someone is feeling low .. what could it hurt ?
Nothing..!!!!

anything that would be possitive, is a good thing ... yes ? !

I suppose they could. I have found that most of them are just pep talk books, like seeing a motivational speaker. They try and inspire you to do what you could do all along. They point out the obvious of what is wrong and try and help you fix it. A lot of people buy them so they must do something for somebody. The only help books I have ever found usefull are one to help me with repairs.

If you did it yourself you didn't need health.

Yes i really think they do. I've started buying lot's, i nearly have all of the popular psychology section by now. Depends what part of you you want to help. I just got the best heartbreak book today and some good tips are in it. You can just pick them up and leaf through the pages and some things just, jump out at you that you will find rather interesting. If you need help i can recommend a good few, email me if you need any recommendations.

They do...if you put them to work for you.

I dont think so. ;)
