Not necessarily, but I know some people who tend to be oversure of themselves because...maybe they think that since they know so much about one subject, that automatically means they know everything there is to know about another subject. Or they think that since they know one way of doing things, they automatically think that must be the only way when there are in fact several options. I'm not really sure what it is. I have a hard time respecting elders who condescend to me...yes, overall, they probably know more than me, but there are some things I do know about...and it would be nice for that to be recognized once in a while.
Then there are those people my age who are just so hotheaded that they like to think they're important by spewing information that makes it sound like they know what they're talking about...I know someone like that too... :/
I am on your side. I went to college and I knew more about everything than the teachers. Ok. But, I dropped out. I have something to show for me. I am borderline genius. I am emersed in self stupidity all day long. Its rediculous. The creeps with the degrees are just doing their job to get paid, not to better the students. I am maybe just a wise gal. I dont know.
I am certain George Bush is an example of this.
As long as there is Death .... How can one be sure about everything... We, people create certainty in our head, we hang on to it, we get stronger thinking that it really exist...
