Question: Have you ever been on the computer lost in thought (yahoo answers) and it thunder outside and it scared you so bad it made you jump?

I saw someone walk by once into a room, then followed them to see what they wanted. The being had completely disappeared! It was a ghost or hallucination, or something...then the phone rang and I JUMPED big time!
or, my hubby will snore loudly, or the house will creak, or the cat will rub up against my leg...all scary when daydreaming :)

sure. I think it was thunder. I "time out" on a lot of these questions and I am usually real deep in thought when I'm doing that.
