if you are doing workouts
one day you can walk
another day go to the gym
next day ride a bike

Walking is a very good exercise to keep fit and good for the cardiovascular system.

well it is better to walk with some one but if they aint there own your own is good, swimming is better to keep fit

Yes you should, its the best exercise for you ....... easy on your body ....... you make sure you do it somewhere safe if you are doing it alone ....... somewhere public where people are around ...... I wouldn't want anything to happen to you Jo ....... (((Jo))) ....... = )
