It's not horrible..but you showed examples of your printing..not handwriting..they're too different things.
You just need to control the letters a little..it's like they're trying to take flight or something..practice keeping all the letters on the line you're writing on..and you'll get much better at it.

Depends how old you are really. But i wouldnt worry too much, no1 is perfect. And its a well known fact that Doctors have messy writing lol.

it's definitely readable, don't worry about it too much, ppl just have their own style. its not chicken scratch or anything like that, so your okay.

Actually, I have seen much worse. Hey, I'm a Nurse and, trust me, 99.9% of Doctor's handwriting is " chicken scratch " !! But, even worse, after awhile, you get used to a particular Doc's writing so, that you can actually decipher it !!
