When you say...?!

Question: "I'm free to do what I want", what do you usually mean by that freedom?

Inspired by an advertisement for some shampoo, lol

I am certainly free to do what I want with my hair and my shampoo!!

For all the rest, I am free to do as I wish, as long as this freedom does not annoy and insult others. (myself, too!)

no obligations, we still have responsibility but are not bound by an obligation

i mean i have time spare to spending doing whatever i want to do

Freedom is a concept based on instinctual morality.

Some instincts are more honed than others.

Freedom = isolation.

I am free to do whatever I want...subject to physical limitations.

It means you really don't have to repeat after lathering and rinsing

If it is an ad, then they mean sex.

If it is me I mean die.

The only thing that binds us to the lives we live is our fear of death. If you want to be truly free then you first need to be truly fearless.

You might try watch Albert Brooks' film "Defending Your Life".

It makes this thought quite humorous.

As for me I will stay some what of a coward and live on to answer you another day.

Defining freedom is a tricky thing. I guess when I say it, I mean that I'm free to run off into nowhereland whenever I choose, but I know that won't get me anywhere...
