Question: The neighbors children inhale gas fumes from the other neighbors gas cans for their snowmachines. Thier kids have no parental guidance what so ever. The parents have disobedient mean children. They steal from other neighbors property and with all their bad doings, the poilce have been called and the police don't do anything to help.
