Is it worth appealing violations?!
Question: I know it may sound petty but is it worth appealing, if a violation is deserved take it on the chin, but so many seem undeserved. Is it worth appealing, it makes me think if every time they send out a violation if they got bombarded with appeals they may start to take more care in using the violation process, what do you think. Should you appeal or just take random violations as part of YA. What do you do

I have appealed loads hun... Only ever won one appeal...Most of the time you just get automated responses! I keep sending comments but no one reads them!! Just that stupid mail saying the reserve the right to remove content etc...Makes me mad....But I still appeal them all now even if I know they are deserved lol!

I've never had one overturned.
i appeal them if I genuinely feel as though I did nothing wrong! they ignore what i have to say, but it makes me feel better, lol

total waste of time - i appeal almost every violation [apart from the ones i know are valid]
i get the same letter back every time - they don't give a stuff mate just gets my goat thats all
I just appealed a couple of minutes ago and do all the time but there is not much point. Its getting to the point now where I ask questions just so to see if I can outsmart them and not get caught lol
Very few violations are overturned no matter how much you appeal, I sometimes think YA get a kick out of giving violations out.

In my experience, no there isn't, never worked for me and i ended up losing my first account!
i don't get het up over a random violation there must be a few trolls on here that spend all their time reporting others but why don't 'ya' let you know who is doing it especially if it is happening all the time and i know of a few on here that are really plagued by these violations and they are unjustly deserved.
I've appealed twice, and basically what I got was a computer generated response, and didn't get my points back.
it depends on how many volations you have and why they gave you the volation and the supsencetion in the first place.
